I shall start with a word of apology. Ik wil beginnen met een verontschuldiging. There is no provision for an apology or correction of mistakes. Er wordt niet voorzien in de mogelijkheid tot verontschuldiging of herstel van vergissingen. I therefore expect an official apology and not the usual arrogant retort. Ik verwacht dan ook een officiële verontschuldiging en niet het gebruikelijke arrogante neus optrekken.
