I was going to call you the 'Godfather' of the European Arrest Warrant, but I thought it could be misunderstood. Volevo ribattezzarla "padrino” del mandato d'arresto europeo, ma ho pensato che avrei potuto generare qualche malinteso. I would like to start, however, with Mr Titley’s speech, as he is a sort of godfather to us. Vorrei tuttavia cominciare con quello dell’onorevole Titley, in quanto è una specie di padrino per noi.
