Het is een burgerinitiatief, dat bedoeld is om Europese waarden en Europese filmmakers te promoten. Es una iniciativa de los ciudadanos, que busca promocionar los valores europeos y a los cineastas europeos. Van Korea tot Australië, van Bulgarije tot Zweden, van overal komen filmmakers in Sarajevo bij elkaar; er ontstaan coproducties. Desde Corea hasta Australia, desde Bulgaria hasta Suecia, diferentes cineastas ponen rumbo a Sarajevo; también se organizan coproducciones. Het is weinigen gegeven met net zoveel verstand van zaken over dit onderwerp te spreken als filmmakers zelf. No es tan frecuente que uno hable de un asunto del que comprende tanto como el mismo cineasta.
