It is not an abbreviation nor an acronym, it is a name which comes into the Treaty several times. Het is geen afkorting, het is geen letterwoord, het is een naam die in het Verdrag herhaaldelijk voorkomt. The fact of clarifying what, in many languages, was no more than an acronym, an abbreviation, is not an amendment to the Treaty, and our legal experts are unanimous on that point. De verduidelijking van wat in vele talen alleen maar een letterwoord was, is geen wijziging van het Verdrag. Daarover zijn onze rechtskundigen het allen eens.
