German-English translations for neuauflage

reprintI did ask for this document to be reprinted. However, I see that the text available in distribution is still the incorrect version of my opinion. Ich hatte um eine Neuauflage des Dokuments gebeten, muß aber nun feststellen, daß das in der Dokumentenausgabe und überall sonst vorrätige Dokument das mit der falsch abgedruckten Stellungnahme ist. The reprint is much less expensive than a first edition.
