EEAArticle 61 of the EEA Agreement is closely modelled on Article 87 of the EC Treaty. Článek 61 Dohody o EHP byl formulován velmi podobně jako článek 87 Smlouvy o ES. Switzerland is a different case, because it has not ratified the EEA Agreement. Švýcarsko je jiný případ, protože neratifikovalo Dohodu o EHP.
